Eddi Reader and Roddy Woomble will be returning to HebCelt this year, alongside a host of artists and musicians from across the country.
Deacon Blue will headline the festival, with acts including pioneering bands Niteworks, Dante and TRIP, and young country singer Martha L Healy also taking to the stage.
Festival director Caroline Maclennan said: “The announcement today of these fabulous additions will contribute hugely to a really exciting programme for HebCelt in 2018.
“The festival is renowned for promoting well known established acts alongside the best of young talent to create a diverse and vibrant blend of music in our unique setting.
“We are delighted that the weekend tickets we have on sale just now are doing exceptionally well. That provides us with the impetus to continue to work really hard to provide our audiences from near and far with an amazing festival experience this summer.
“We will have more great news to share and we look forward to making further announcements later this month.”
The event is scheduled to take place between the 18 and 21 July in Stornoway in the Isle of Lewis.
