A Highland photographer has captured the country’s hearts after winning a prestigious title with stunning landscape shots.
Paul Webster, from Cromdale, has been crowned Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year, fighting off competition from thousands of entries from across the globe.
His winning portfolio comprised of three magnificently evocative images shot in the mountain ranges of the Lochaber Geopark and Glen Affric.
His image ‘Wild Affric’ – a tranquil shot of the landscape and the magnificent caledonian pines that surround Loch Affric – also received an award in the competition, sponsored by the John Muir Trust.
