If you were driving around the north of Scotland last week you might have seen a nice surprise in your rear view mirror.
Scores of vintage Ford Model Ts have been touring the area in recent days, delighting both pedestrians and fellow motorists as they stopped off in Banff and Cullen.
The enthusiasts had been taking part in a spring Ben Nevis Tour that saw them unveil a bronze statue of a Ford Model T in Fort William.
The sculpture has been created to mark the moment when a Ford dealer drove one of the cars to the top of Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, in 1911.
And although none of the cars ventured that far this time, the tour was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
