The £275,000 surfacing improvements will start on Sunday night and be conducted overnight for four weeks. It is planned for work to start each night at 7.30pm and conclude at 6.30am, with nothing done on Saturday nights. There will be a 10mph convoy system in place during working hours to keep road users as well as roadworkers safe during the project. A three-way temporary traffic light system will be in place for when works are carried out around the Leopold Street Junction. Due to the location of work several, local road closures will be put in place during the working hours with local diversions signed in advance. During the day all traffic management will be removed to keep disruption to a minimum.
