One person was taken to hospital today with a suspected broken arm following a two-car crash on a busy north road.
The collision happened on the A82 Fort William-Ballachulish road, near Corran Ferry, at about 9.45am.
A fire service spokesman said that two appliances from Fort William went to the scene and crews used cutting gear to free the casualty from the wreckage.

A police spokesman confirmed the casualty was taken to hospital with a suspected broken arm.
The road was closed until about 1.10pm for the emergency services to carry out their work and for the vehicles to be recovered.
