A fire broke out in one of the rooms of a popular hotel overlooking Loch Linnhe this evening.
The blaze started at the Croit Anna hotel about three miles south of Fort William leading to all guests and staff being evacuated.
Two Scottish Fire and Rescue Service appliances were dispatched to the scene at 6.24pm after the alarm was raised.
All guests and staff in the hotel were accounted for and there were no reported casualties.
The fire service managed to extinguish the flames declaring a “stop” to the operation at 7.37pm and the teams remained at the hotel to make the scene safe.
