Badenoch & Strathspey police are appealing for information in relation to vandalism at Grantown Grammar School.
An access door was broken and an external light were broken and two solar panels were smashed.
The damage was discovered on the roof of the building.
The incident took place some time between 3.30pm on Friday and 7am this morning.
Reporting officer Constable Lewis Macleod said: “We are asking anyone who saw someone acting suspiciously around the school or has any other information to get in touch.
