David-Lee Anderson, from Wick, was last seen at 8pm yesterday evening.
Police officers in the Caithness area are appealing for information from the public that may assist them in their search for the teenager.
David-Lee was last seen in the area of Girnigoe Street, Wick.
At the time he was wearing a black jacket, dark blue jeans and burgundy coloured trainers.
He is described as being a white male, 5’8″ tall, having a slim build and short brown/red hair and speaks with a local accent.
If anyone has information that may assist in locating David-Lee, then they are urged to contact Police Scotland by phoning 101 quoting incident number 2248 of 31/08/2018.
