Firefighters in the Highlands were at the scene of a fire which engulfed a farm building full of straw bales near Newtonmore.
The blaze began at Blaragie Farm in Laggan shortly after 4.50pm, sparking a hasty response from the fire service.
A total of three appliances were dispatched to the scene from Kingussie, Aviemore and Newtonmore, after receiving a call at 4.51pm.
The farmer who owns the land is believed to have assisted firefighters in removing the bales from the corrugated iron building using a tractor in an attempt to bring the fire under control.
Firefighters tackled the blaze for more than an hour, before leaving the scene shortly before 6.29pm.
