A two-vehicle road traffic collision between Aberlour and Grantown on the A95 brought the busy road to a close earlier today.
The incident occurred shortly after 1pm and involved a black Renault Captur and a red Mazda 3.
A temporary road closure was put in place as fire service personnel attended to the scene. The road reopened at 2.50pm.
A fire service spokeswoman said: “We sent three appliances after receiving reports of a two-vehicle RTC. Crews from Aberlour, Rothes and Grantown attended and made the vehicles safe.
“A stop message was received at 2.02pm.”
Police and ambulance personnel also attended the scene.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We received a call at 1312 hours today to attend a road traffic collision on the A95 in Aberlour.
“We dispatched three ambulances to the scene and we transported three people to Dr Gray’s in Elgin.”
