The incident, which involved a car and a van, took place at Ardullie Roundabout in Dingwall. The road is currently closed in both directions as officers investigate. There are diversions in place but they are unsuitable for all heavy goods vehicles. The general public are advised to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
