Police in Fort William are appealing for information after a number of vehicles were vandalised in the Upper Achintore area of the town.
At least 15 vehicles had tyres damaged with a sharp instrument in the area overnight on Friday heading into Saturday.
A number of streets were affected including Dunbarton Road, Connochie Road, Mull Court, Angus Crescent and Raasay Court.
Constable David Mockett said: “This has been an extensive act of vandalism causing entirely needless inconvenience and financial impact to those affected.
“Acts like this won’t be tolerated and I can reassure the local community that enquiries are ongoing to identify the person or persons responsible.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact police in Fort William on 101, quoting reference NP500/19 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you would prefer to remain anonymous.”
