The north of Scotland has been basking in temperatures of more than 20C as the country records its warmest Easter Monday.
Kinlochewe in Wester Ross recorded the highest temperatures in the north with 24.2C, beating their 2014 top temperature of 21.4C.
Meanwhile, Achnagart in the Highlands saw highs of 23.7C, followed by 23.5C in Kinloss in Moray.
It comes just one day after the country relished in its warmest Easter Sunday on record, according to the Met Office.
Met Office forecaster Marco Petagna said: “We have got high pressure moving at the moment giving most of the UK a lot of fine weather, this combined with the fact that the high pressure has dominated for the past few days is allowing the temperatures to heat and build.”
Forecasters predict temperatures will drop back to seasonal average later in the week.
