Appeal after man reportedly acting indecently in Invergordon

Police in Invergordon are appealing for information after a man was reported as behaving indecently at Saltburn Woods in the town.

The incident happened around 7pm last night near Inverbreakie Drive.

The man is described as being an older man, wearing baggy shorts and a red top.

Inspector Kevin Macleod said: “We are taking this report very seriously and will be carrying out thorough inquiries to identify this man.

“I would urge anyone who was in Saltburn Woods yesterday evening or who can otherwise help us identify this man is urged to come forward.

“Anyone with information can contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference NE1941/19 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
