With the Mountain Bike World Cup taking place in Fort William today, police are warning spectators to be vigilant after a bike was stolen overnight.
The distinctive bright green electro mountain bike was taken between 12.30am and 1.30am today from a parked vehicle in the An Aird area.
Police are keen to speak to a person who was seen at this time in the area wearing a light hooded top and dark trousers who may be able to assist with their inquiry.

A statement said: “Members of the public and visitors to the area are urged, especially during the Mountain Bike World Cup, to be vigilant and security conscious about their bikes and property.
“Anyone who may have information regarding this incident can contact the police by calling 101 and quoting the reference Ref NP1621/19.”
