The vital route north at Invergarry at Bun Loyne is now reopen following a closure earlier today after crash involving a car and a motorbike.
Road closures had been put in place between the A87 Invergarry to Kyle of Lochalsh road and A887, Invermoriston to Glenmoriston road shortly after 10.30am following the smash, however, a police spokeswoman confirmed the road has since reopened.
The female motorbike rider sustained injuries in the incident before being airlifted to hospital.
The woman is thought to have suffered injuries that are not life-threatening.
A police spokeswoman said: “We received reports of an RTC at Invergarry shortly after 10.30am.
“The collision involves one car and a motorcycle.
“One female has been taken to hospital by helimed.
“The road reopened at 12pm following a closure to allow the ambulance service helicopter to land.”
