Two people have been taken to hospital and a crash on the A82.
Police said the accident, which involved a car and a bus, happened near the Glencoe visitor centre.
Three pumps and a heavy rescue unit from the fire service from Inverness and Fort William were also sent.
There are not thought to be any serious injuries.
The road was initially closed in both directions but the northbound road is now open. Southbound traffic is being managed by police.
An ambulance spokesman said: “We received a call at 12.33pm today to attend a road traffic collision on the A82 in Glencoe. We dispatched two ambulances to the scene and transported two patients to Belford Hospital in Fort William.”
Tailbacks formed in the area after the collision. One motorist said the queues were about half a mile long.
