The walker, who was in the Suisnish area at the time of the incident, is understood to have injured their knee. Coastguard search and rescue helicopter Rescue 948 took the casualty from the scene to Broadford after a call was received from police at 1.48pm. Portree coast rescue team were tasked to man the landing site at as the injured walker was transported for further treatment.
