The french woman was among a party of six when she slipped at Coire Lagan on Skye yesterday afternoon. The Coastguard search and Rescue Helicopter from Stornoway was dispatched to the scene at 4pm to help airlift the woman off the mountain. The casualty was transported to Dr MacKinnon Memorial Hosppital at Broadford with a suspected broken ankle.
