The A82 Fort William to Inverness road is currently closed whilst emergency services attend a two-vehicle crash.
The incident was reported at 3.14pm and took place near Torlundy, approximately three miles outside of the Lochaber town of Fort William.
No serious injuries have been sustained by anybody involved.
A police spokesman said: “The road is still currently closed due to a two-vehicle RTC.
“An ambulance is on scene, however, no serious injuries have been sustained.
“The road was closed around 4.05pm with the intention to close it for around 30 minutes, however, it still has not reopened.”
The vehicles involved are understood to be a blue Mitsubishi car and a burgundy Citreon.
Despite initial reports of a four-vehicle crash, the spokesman confirmed only two have been involved.
