Police in Tain have launched an appeal for information after an act of vandalism was reported over the course of the weekend.
The incident is believed to have taken place between midnight and 1.45am on Saturday and occurred at the S&B Allsorts store on the town’s High Street.
PC Andrew Sutherland at Tain Police Station said: “I’d urge anyone with any information, or if you witnessed anything suspicious around this time, to contact Police Scotland and assist our inquiries.”
The store, situated from 31 to 35 on Tain High Street, sells an array of items from newspapers to DIY tools.
