A Highland musician added new meaning to the term “crowd surfing” when he put a rubber dinghy to good use at a gig in Skye.
Manran’s Gary Innes was performing with the folk supergroup at a New Year’s Day concert at the Skye Gathering Halls in Portree when a member of the crowd offered up the unusual prop.
As Manran performed ‘The Caman Man’, a song about the love of shinty, ex-player Gary couldn’t resist the chance to sail among the fans.
