Police have issued a fresh appeal for information following a fatal crash in the Highlands.
Rhona Macfarlane, 67, died after she was struck by a red Toyota Auris on the A836 road between Ardgay and Bonar Bridge.
The incident happened at 4.40pm on December 23.
Officers are appealing to the public as they try to trace a driver who was in the area at the time.
Constable Robbie Stewart of Highlands Road Policing, said: “We are looking to speak to the driver of a white vehicle, possibly a Volkswagen Golf, which was travelling towards Ardgay between the hours of 4.25pm and 4.40pm.
“We believe the driver of this vehicle may be able to provide information that could prove vital in our investigation.
“I would also urge anyone who has any information or possible dashcam footage relating to this incident to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 2546 of 23 December, 2019.”
