Police in the Highlands are appealing for witnesses after a large amount of kitchen and catering equipment was stolen from a restaurant in Grantown.
The theft from the Bay Leaf Spice restaurant on the High Street is thought to have taken place while it was closed throughout December 2019 and over the New Year period.
It was reported to police on January 16.
Constable Neil Richards from Aviemore police station said: “The items taken included bulky and heavy commercial kitchen appliances such as fridges and ovens as well as other catering equipment, removed from the premises while it was closed throughout December and early January.
“I ask that any witnesses who may have seen anyone removing such property from the premises over this time period contacts police on 101 quoting incident 1863 of 16 January.”
