A fish farm worker has been flown to hospital after injuring his leg off Mull.
The Tobermory RNLI crew were called to the incident, north of the island, at 9.45am with Tobermory and Craignure coast rescue teams also assisting.
A coastguard spokeswoman said there had been an accident on board.
The man was taken to Tobermory before being flown by Helimed 5, the air ambulance, to Paisley’s Royal Alexandra Hospital.
An ambulance spokesman said: “We received a call at 9.54am to attend an incident in Tobermory.
“We dispatched one ambulance and an air ambulance to the scene.
“We transported one male patient to Royal Alexandra Hospital.”
The severity of his injuries is unknown.
Tobermory lifeboat and the coastguard teams stood down at 1.40pm.
