Argyll and Bute’s young people have had their achievements recognised at an awards ceremony.
A total of 34 finalists attended the 2020 Argyll and Bute Youth Awards in the Queens Hall in Dunoon.
Oban High School’s support department won the Duke of Edinburgh outstanding achievement award.
Josh Blair of Lochgilphead took the unsung hero award.
The youth entrepreneur award went to Shanice Honeyman, from Lochgilphead.
Argyll and Bute Council’s depute policy lead for education, Keiron Green, said: “Our children and young people are a true credit to Argyll and Bute and I felt very humbled to attend the awards.
“They are making outstanding contributions to our local communities and events such as this lets them see how valued they really are.”
