The casualty was aboard a vessel in Scapa Flow when they began to feel under the weather around 4pm this afternoon. The Inverness Coastguard Helicopter Rescue 151 was sent to the scene alongside Kirkwall coastguard Rescue team to aid in the medivac. The incident remains ongoing.
