Oban police issue warning after youths flee field leaving behind alcohol cans

Police in Oban have issued a warning to parents to ensure they know where their children are after spooking a group of teens drinking in a field.

The youths fled the hillside at Glenshellach after reports were received of loud noise in the area last night.

Through Twitter, Oban Police said: “Last night, Oban officers were called to a report of loud youths on a hillside at Glenshellach.
