Thomas McTeir, 50, died at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness on June 16. He was initially taken to hospital locally following an incident at a property in Barrogill Street in Wick on June 13. His family said today in a statement released through the police: “Tommy was a much-loved father and brother. His loss will be sorely felt by many. “We would ask that we are given privacy to come to terms with his loss at this time.” A 60-year-old man appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court on June 18 in connection with his death.
