He was last seen on Thursday. Mr Blackburn is described as 5ft 10in tall, slim with a shaved head and when last seen was wearing a dark blue top, jeans and tan boots. Anyone who has information about Mr Blackburn’s current whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101.
