James Cameron, 59, of 41 Salveson Crescent, Alness, pleaded not guilty to a single charge in an appearance at Tain Sheriff Court yesterday. He is accused of throwing two hammers at Mark Ross on February 14 this year at the Whyte and Mackay distillery in Invergordon. It is alleged that one of the hammers struck Mr Ross to his injury. Cameron will face trial on Tuesday, July 8.
