Belladrum Music Festival has been declared a “baby friendly” event.
Breastfeeding mothers attending the festival near Beauly this weekend will be able to feed their babies in a baby friendly and supportive environment as the festival’s organisers have recently signed up to NHS Highland’s Baby Friendly Welcome Sticker Scheme.
NHS Highland infant feeding adviser, Karen Mackay, said: “Belladrum is a family festival and there are so many events and occasions for all the family throughout the whole weekend.
“It’s great that the festival is also doing its part to support the youngest members of the family by supporting breastfeeding.
“There are various areas set aside in the children’s area. Just look out for the baby welcome sticker.”
