Sir Tom Jones brought the curtain down on the first full day of Belladrum in his own inimitable way.
Proving he has lost none of the power in his voice at age 74, he belted his way through a mix of songs from his new album and the best of his back catalogue.
Most of the favourites were there – Gree, Green Grass of Home, Thunderball and Sexbomb, which was given a jazzy twist for the Bella audience.
The classic Delilah proved one of the biggest hits with the crowds, prompting a mass singalong to the chorus.
And even the most cynical of festival goers could not fail to move to the swinging beat of It’s Not Unusual.
Young and old filled the Garden Stage area in their thousands, making use of every possible vantage point to get a glimpse of the Welsh singer.
He told the crowd: “It’s great to be here. I don’t think I’ve ever been this far north before. But I like it, it feels good.”
