Fire crews tackle Drumnadrochit house fire

Fire services attended to a house fire in Drumnadrochit early this morning.

Two units, one from Drumnadrochit and one from Inverness, were called to the terraced property on Balmacaan Road at 12.30am.

The all clear was given at 12.46am.

A spokeswoman for Scottish Fire and Rescue said: “There were no evacuations or injuries, just some small damage to some of the carpets in the house.”
