Police investigate ‘suspicious man’ in Thurso

Reports of a man acting suspiciously are being investigated by police in Thurso.

It follows concerns raised by people in the Ormlie Road area of the town, leading to a public appeal being made.

A police spokesman said: “A man, who was driving a black Volkswagen Golf car, was reported acting suspiciously between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday.

“He is bald, has a tanned complexion, and is between 40 to 50-years-old, with broad shoulders and was wearing a yellow long-sleeved pullover top.”
