A96 blocked after four-car Nairn accident

A road accident has been delaying traffic on the A96 near Nairn.

Four cars were involved in the collision near the trunk road’s junction with Sandown Road in the village.

Police have said that nobody was injured in the incident which happened just before 9am.

However, traffic was delayed between Nairn and Inverness as one of the vehicles needed to be recovered.
