A large hotel near Aviemore has been evacuated after a fire overnight.
Firefighters were called to the Coylumbridge Hotel shortly after 3am after a report of smoke issuing from the kitchen area.
Emergency services are still at the scene just after 9am today.
All guests have been moved to another suite on the complex, which is owned by Hilton.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said: “We have two appliances at the hotel at the moment after a report of smoke issuing from the building early this morning.
“All guests have been evacuated and are accounted for.”
It is understood the hotel was busy with families due to the autumn school holidays.
