Man rushed to hospital after crash on A832 in Avoch

A man was taken to hospital this morning after the car he was driving crashed off the road in the Black Isle.

The accident happened shortly before 9.40am on the A832 Cromarty-Tore road in Avoch.

Police and ambulance services were in attendance and the man was taken to Raigmore Hospital with what are believed to be non-serious injuries.

A police spokeswoman said: “He is not thought to be seriously injured. The car is off the road and road is open.”
