A82 crash: road expected to reopen soon after crash

One of the Highlands’ main tourist routes is currently blocked after an accident west of Invermoriston.

A car ended up on its roof in the crash on the A82 Inverness-Fort William road.

However the occupant was able to get out of the vehicle before firefighters arrived.

A police spokesman said that the person was not injured.

Efforts are now being made to recover the vehicle which is sitting in the middle of the road.
