The 19-year-old was last seen in the town centre area around 4.30pm on Saturday. Miss Black is 5ft 7 and medium built with brown hair and a Glasgow accent. She was last seen wearing a cream scarf, light-coloured brown ankle boots, grey gloves, and carrying a cream shoulder bag. Anyone with information should contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or the duty sergeant at Stornoway on 101.
