This adorable picture shows a cute red panda enjoying the winter snow at Highland Wildlife Park.
Snow has lined much of the north this week as temperatures plummet to freezing, but it hasn’t stopped “Kevyn” venturing in the great outdoors.
The adorable creature’s mate Kitty gave birth to twins last summer, a male named Makalu and a female named Annapurna after the Himalayan mountain.
The species are native to the Himalayas in Nepal, Bhutan, India, Laos, Myanmar and southern China, and despite what their name suggests, they aren’t related to giant pandas.
Although protected in the countries where they are found, the animals are still hunted illegally for fur and are becoming increasingly threatened.
