Police are appealing for information about a collision between a car and a mobility scooter in a Highland town.
The incident happened in Nairn at about 12.30pm on Thursday, January 15, when a vehicle travelling along Cawdor Road towards the hospital collided with a scooter travelling on a path in the same direction.
The driver of the scooter, a man in his early 80s, was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness for treatment.
A police spokesman confirmed that he remains in hospital and that his condition is not life threatening.
