The woman, who is in her 30s, was taken to Ullapool Medical Practice, after the incident on the A835 near Loch Broom. A police spokesman said that the the car had left the road on a straight section and that no other vehicles were involved. The driver was said to be “conscious and breathing” at the scene and was taken to Ullapool in an ambulance as a precaution.
