A woman was taken to hospital following a serious road crash on the A9 near Aviemore.
The two-vehicle crash happened around 8.45pm on Friday, October 28, on the A9 Inverness to Perth road, at Granish.
A Vauxhall Astra driven by a 33-year-old woman and a Mercedes A-class driven by a 21-year-old woman collided at the Granish junction.
One woman, a 67-year-old passenger in the Mercedes, was injured in the crash and was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness to be treated.

Police and the Scottish Ambulance Service attended the scene and the road was closed for four hours.
Appealing for witnesses
Police have described it as a “serious road crash” and are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
Sergeant Brian McEwen, of the road policing unit at Perth, said: “Our inquiries are ongoing into the cause of this crash and we would appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision take place to contact us.
“We are also keen to obtain any dash-cam from motorists driving on the road around the time of the crash.”
