The HGV is blocking the B873 near Altnaharra, about a mile east of it’s junction with the A836 Lairg to Tongue road. A police spokesman said the road was likely to remain closed for the “remainder of the day” for recovery. The accident was reported to police at around 11.45am. Nobody is believed to have been injured.
