The man assisted officers with another man, who was in need of medical treatment, on Hill Street on Saturday. The man, who is thought to be in his 50s, had access to a blue car and left the scene before police could speak to him. Police would now like to speak to him for “information purposes”. The man or anybody with information is asked to contact police on 101.
