With just under 48 hours before the day of one of Britain’s most hotly contested elections in history, campaigners from all sides are now doggedly seeking votes to get their chosen candidates a seat at Westminster.
However, one political animal that won’t be allowed up on the seats in Parliament is this SNPooch photographed in Inverness this weekend.
The dogs owner couldn’t have pawsed for thought when they decided to nationalise their doggie, who faithfully stood by his owner’s side despite the wet weather.
But with polls indicating the closest General Election in history, we’ll have to wait until Thursday to find out if this canine campaigner’s bark is worse than his bite.
