The accident happened at around 7.23am, at Ankerville Corner on the B9175 road which leads from the A9 to Nigg. Police said that one person has sustained serious injuries. The road is expected to remain closed for a number of hours while emergency services deal with the incident and to allow for collision investigation. Local diversions are in place at this time.
