Fire crews leave scene of Highland blaze

Fire services have extinguished a blaze at a Highland estate.

Crews were called to the fire – in a woodland area on the Castle Grant estate, just outside Grantown – at around 10.25pm.

Two appliances, both from Grantown, dealt with the fire, which had taken hold in a shed.

There are 12 firefighters battling the blaze, which they managed to put out at around 11.05pm.

There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
