Emergency services were called to the scene at around 10.20am, nearly two miles south of the Kingussie junction. The Inverness-Perth road initially remained open but it has now been closed to allow emergency vehicles access to the area. Earlier a police spokeswoman said that the occupants of the car were conscious and talking. There is understood to be debris on the road from the incident. An ambulance spokesman said one crew were already at the scene and another was on its way.
